Ed Lloyd CPA, PFS, CTC was born in Charlotte, North Carolina and attended South Mecklenburg High School. Ed plays the guitar and sings and he has passed his desire for music to his children. His daughter sings and plays the guitar, and his son is a drummer. It can be loud at home in the evenings! He is the president of Ed Lloyd & Associates, PLLC. Ed Lloyd earned a B.S. Degree in Accounting at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and received his CPA license from the North Carolina State Board of Examiners and has received these distinctions:

- Personal Financial Specialist
- Certified Tax Specialist
- Certified Value Builder
- Accredited Business Advisor
He is certified as a North Carolina CPA number 18800. His experience prior to starting the business in 1994, includes over nine years’ experience with local and regional CPA firms, and one year with a regional redevelopment and property management firm.
